You may trade and gift free characters, but not resell them unless you have extra artwork added.

You may trade/ gift and resell characters that you bought.

You may not resell your character for more than they are worth. You may include your own artwork and payed-for artwork in the worth. Free artwork should not be included in the worth. With your own artwork, please be reasonable - a scribble does not equal $10-$100 range, for example.

You may not use the original artwork from me commercially - however, you may use character designs purchased from me in commercial works, such as published novels, comics, et cetera. The exception to this is closed species designs where the species itself cannot be used commercially.

Please credit me for the design. You do not have to do this on every piece of media depicting it, but on character sheets/toyhouse pages, and preferably on your first drawing of them I would like credit. I can be credited by linking my deviantart account, Rainy-Frog, or linking to my toyhouse account if on toyhouse - also Rainy-Frog.

I do not want my artwork associated with 'not safe for work', explicitly sexual themed art. If I see public nsfw of designs I have made, I am less likely to sell to said users again.

I do not revoke designs I have been payed for. If you break my design TOS, I will block you from future sales. That's about it. I won't take away something you payed for, it's yours; I just ask you to be respectful.

Please do not put my designs into a closed species without my permission first. You may change itinto your own persoanl species for your own personal worldbuilding and projects. I am specifically talking about ARPG games and closed species groups you can find among art communities. The only exception is my rise and kalon designs, honestly I don't mind what you do with those.

My artwork should not be used as an NFT (non fungible token). Even if you pay me for it. Don't.

Birds of all kinds, some better than others.

Felines of all kinds- I am best at domestic felines, but I can draw wild species as well.

Canines of all kinds, although a note I draw felines and bird more than I draw canines and thus, have more experience with them.

Your pets, I would love to do more pet portraits. ^u I would require a photo reference of course.

Most animals.

Warrior cats and pokemon fan characters. Some pokemon I probably can't draw well though.

Gifts for other users, provided you know they are okay with getting art of their pets or characters. ^u

Humans; unlikely.

Horses and similar creatures - I have little experience with them, as a forewarning.

Anthros.

Mythological animals, hybrid creatures and closed species. It depends on what they are.

Scenes with blood/death/battle. I prefer not to do this for commissions but I will draw some blood of it's not extremely gory.

Group art. Currently I only prefer to offer single character commissions.

NSFW or fetish based artwork. Go away.

Gore. This includes candy gore.

Characters in suggestive poses or wearing suggestive/fetish inspired clothing.

"Canon" fandom characters.

Real public figures (ex, presidents, celebrities).

Sonic and MLP fan characters if you want them in 'the style'. I can't draw these styles and it doesn't interest me currently.

Flags/symbols/religious garb of any religion, country, philosophy, company or group. Includes country flags, political party symbols, pride flags, awareness flags/ribbons, religious clothing, company logos, band logos and religious symbols, ect. This is regardless of if I agree with the 'group' or not.

Drawings that contain curse words in any language.

Anything that is against my faith. I am a Christian.

Demonic and angelic characters and imagery. Includes demons/spirits/gods/angels outside of the Abrahamic religions as well.

Most holiday themes, including, but not limited to, Halloween and Christmas. You may order artwork intended as a holiday gift for someone- I just won't do it holiday themed. That said, I'm not opposed to drawing 'seasonal' looking things that are more generics. Example- a pumpkin is fine; a jack-o-lantern is not.

Shipping/romantic couple art commissions of any kind, even if they are sfw. I only do these for my own or friend's characters preferably, with few exceptions.

Artwork with a strict and soon deadline. I need at least a month to work.
